With an eye trained on the end result, we offer carbide, diamond knives and insert tooling, HSS tooling for counterboring, drills, grooving tools, molder heads and knives, and insert tooling. Our equipment allows us to hold a +/-.0002 grinding tolerance and a +/-.0002 to .0005 gram per inch balancing tolerance. We accommodate a range of widths, diameters, shank sizes, and RPMs to meet your specific needs.

Custom Profiled Insert Knives

At Total Tooling Technology, we can make custom carbide insert knives that fit almost any application using the best quality carbide material or tangtung alloy.  We use computer aided design and 5 axis machining & grinding capabilities to ensure that your knives are cut to your unique specifications and provide the longest possible runs. Template making and knife grinding is done in-house for maximum controlled quality. 


Materials and Equipment
Manufacturing precise components calls for precise equipment. Our facility is proud to feature several CNC grinders, as well as a Mitsubishi horizontal machining center and a Kia turning center. In addition to a range of plastic polymer materials, we also work with aluminum, double sided laminate, veneer, natural wood, and wood composite material applications.
